    Cannon's Launch - April 5 - 8 - All Ages

    NEW! This is our new event for 2018 and our kick-off event of the season. This event is hosted at our new permanent facility in the Oregon Cascades.


    Admission is by PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY. Pre-registration for this adventure closes on March 15th. Registration limited to the first 45 registrants. 

    Camping options available: 

    • Bunkhouse style (limited to first 27 registrants)
    • Cabins (each sleeps 4)


    Check in is no earlier than 2pm on the 5th and Check out is on April 8th at 12pm.

    Brig-A-Doom Pirate Regatta - June 28 - July 1 - All Ages

    Brig-a-Doom Pirate Regatta Adventure Camp

    It's back by popular demand! The ever popular pirate regatta! Compete with your household in the games, take out bounties on your mortal enemies, and win the title of fiercest in the fleet!

    Brig will be hosted this year at our temporary facility in Gates, OR.

    • Bunkhouse style (limited to first 15 registrants)

    Brig-A-Doom a pirate adventure great for the entire family!  Admission is by PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY. Pre-registration for this adventure closes on May 25th. Registration limited to first 250 persons.

    Barataria Bay - August 17 -19 - 21+ Only

    NEW! This is our new event for 2018 and our first 21 and over event of the season.

    Barataria Bay was used in the early 19th century as the base of the pirates, privateers, and smugglers led by Jean Lafitte They were referred to as the Baratarians.

    Become a Baratarian patron yourself and use a real treasure map to find your way to Lafitte's stash by gathering clues. But watch out! No one in Barataria can be trusted. It's a race to the finish.

    This adventure camp is hosted at our temporary facility in Gates, OR.

    Shore Leave - September 20 - 23 - All Ages

    Finish out your summer season with a trip ashore with your pirate brethren! Expect an event filled with casino games, pub sings, auctions, and salty sailor competitions. Relax and enjoy the height of autumn in the Willamette National forest.

    The entire family would enjoy Shore Leave as we try to steal those last rays of Oregon sunlight.

    This event is hosted at our new permanent facility at Evans Creek.

    Fiddler's Green - October 25 - 28 - 21+ Only

    Fiddler's Green Adventure Camp

    Our Halloween themed event - Let's get together and celebrate where sailor's go when they die. Let us remember those we have lost at sea and celebrate their memories.

    This adventure camp is tailor made for adults over the age of 21 who love Halloween!

    This event is hosted at our new permanent facility at Evans Creek.
    Registration limited to the first 45 registrants.

    Press Ganged - November 21-25 - All Ages

    Our thanksgiving event that's made for celebrating spending time with those pirates you call family. This event focuses on family bonding and team building. All the things that make a pirate crew strong.

    This adventure camp is tailor made for the whole family!

    Special Information

    Quick FAQs regarding Your Pirate Adventure

    • ALL registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after REGISTRATION closes for that adventure camp. ANY cancellations must be made BEFORE that time.
    • ALL attendees under the age of 18 MUST attend with AND remain under the direct supervision of a legal guardian


      

    • GENERAL
      • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST AGREE TO FOLLOW THE BELOW RULES FOR PARTICIPATION ON SITE.
      • All persons on site must be registered as guests and provide approved identification, emergency telephone number, and email address. Registered guests should be prepared to disclose health concerns, food & non-food allergies, and/or food issues to the Director for the purpose of food preparation and total camp safety. 
      • No Day-Tripping. Sadly due to costs and logistics we cannot provide day passes for camps at this time. Expectation is attendee will be present for the entire event.
      • All attendees will wear a wristband at all times indicating “over the age of 21” or “under the age of 21” and that they have paid admissions. Staff will regularly check wristbands. 
      • No person should enter the private quarters of another guest without express permission of that guest.
      • All guests are expected to respect property boundaries of neighbors.
      • Public nudity will not be tolerated under any circumstances and is grounds for immediate dismissal from the event and site. Anywhere besides your tent, vehicle, and fully enclosed encampments/activity areas are considered public property.
      • All guests should be respectful of the site by refraining from leaving litter, and place trash and recyclables in appropriate containers.
      • Trash must be sorted, then deposited within the approved receptacles provided by the event. If you do not wish to sort your trash, you may take it with you when you leave
      • As our program is a full technology detox there is no cellular or WIFI service/internet availability on site. We have a land line phone for emergency purposes and that number can be provided by request.
    • TENT CAMPING 
      • There is NO electrical access for tent campers 
      • NO generators are allowed
    • RV CAMPING
      • While we try to accommodate RV campers please be aware RV Camping is only available at our temporary site. 
      • There are no hook-ups of any kind for RVs at either facility.
      • NO generators are allowed.
      • RVs have to be parked with the vehicles in the non-immersive area.
    • SECURE PARKING & GATE INFO
      • Gate opens at 2pm on the first day of the camp and closes at 10pm.
      • Gate opens at 10am and closes at 10pm on intermediary days. 
      • Checkout time is 12pm. No exceptions.
      • NO entry OR exit from site before 10am or after 10pm except for emergency or by special arrangement. 
    • FIRES AND SMOKING
      • Self-contained propane grills or fire pits are acceptable. Self-contained wood-fueled fire pits MUST be at least 18” off of the ground, and at least 50' away from buildings or trees.
      • Fires must be monitored at all times by a responsible individual over 18 years of age.
      • At all times, have at least 3 ways to extinguish flames (ex: bucket of water, fire extinguisher, bucket of sand, non-flammable cover, etc) within line of site from the fire.
      • Occasionally we have county wide burn bans which means that at no time is anything with spark, including fireworks, firearms, candles, or campfires allowed in the forest area or on site when this is in effect. Please be aware this is a seasonal weather condition and there is no way to predict our fire danger level.
      • NO GROUND FIRES PERMITTED EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED FIREPITS.
      • Smoking is allowed in the designated areas only. 
      • NO SMOKING within 25' of any building opening or ventilation (Ex: windows, doors)
    • MARIJAUNA AND ALCOHOL USE
      • NO SERVICE UNDER AGE 21. This includes possession of or access to alcohol by ANYONE under the age of 21 at the time of this event. Individuals and encampments sharing alcohol are responsible for verifying the age of those they dispense to.
      • Any person found in violation of these rules will be immediately escorted to their encampment to collect their belongings, and then ejected from the site for the remainder of the event. Encampments found in violation will face the same consequences.
      • No one will be permitted into designated areas for alcoholic beverages without appropriate wristbands.
      • No alcoholic beverages will be permitted in any other place on site than the assigned area or in your private encampments. Staff are trained to identify intoxicated behavior and will keep track of individual drink consumption. 
      • All applicable Federal and State laws are in effect; all areas outside your closed vehicle/tent are considered public property.
      • The use of marijuana is prohibited due to the policies of the site owners; anyone caught using marijuana will be asked to leave the site.
    • WATER SAFETY
      • At no time are swimming or boating activities allowed without a lifeguard present. 
      • Designated swimming and boating times are scheduled with a lifeguard and will be supervised in a clearly marked off swimming area. 
      • All persons under the age of seven are considered non‐swimmers regardless of their swimming ability. 
      • Flotation devices must be worn on boats and are available for children swimming.
    • ARCHERY, KNIFE & AXE THROWING
      • At no time is entrance to the archery or axe throwing range allowed without a certified and insured instructor managing the range. 
      • All participants must be able to follow two part commands and be able to lift at least twenty five pounds. 
      • Protective equipment must be worn when shooting and range rules obeyed.
    • MINORS
      • At no time are minors allowed to go unsupervised to waterfront or rock areas. 
      • Minors should be supervised at all times. Parent/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their minor children during sleep hours as well as wake hours. 
      • Minors are persons under the age of eighteen.
    • EMERGENCY SERVICES
      • All injuries, and/or illness regardless of how minor must be reported to the camp director. 
      • 911 will be called for any injury or illness not treatable on site. 
      • Emergency Medical Technicians will be on site.
      • Please be advised that there is no cell coverage or Wi-Fi available on site. An emergency land line phone number is 503‐897‐2447.
    • PETS
      • Pets are strongly discouraged but we understand how that can complicate things. Owners are responsible for their pets' care, waste removal, and safety to and from other attendees or pets. 
      • Any animal brought on site must be kenneled or on a leash AT ALL TIMES and kept quiet to respect others. 
      • Any pet fecal matter must be removed and placed in an appropriate container.
      • No animals allowed inside buildings, except for service animals. Please disclose your need for a service animal in your ADA Accommodation needs and be prepared to show documentation to verify service animal licensing
